The traditional on premises analogue or digital telephone system is now being replaced by IP based SIP or cloud hosted technology. Although we still offer support for legacy system such as Nortel (Norstar / BCM), BT Versatility, NEC, LG etc for new installtions we recommend either cloud hosted solutions or where it is more benificial to the customer’s need an on-premises SIP based system such as the Yeastar range of PBX.
Our systems cover most business requiremants including call recording, unified communications, remote extensions, phone apps, voicemail to email, auto attendant, cordless working using DECT technology and Teams integration.
